The Class of 2019 has arrived at Alvernia University this fall. One of the largest incoming classes in university history, the Class of 2019 also boasts the strongest academic profile of any first year class.

Alvernia University offers intramural sports to all students, faculty, and staff. Intramural sports offer opportunities to be involved in a variety of sports in a friendly environment. Five sports are offered throughout the academic year, including Flag Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Whiffleball and Soccer.

Team members of the Crusaders 2015 spring track and field team finished 7th on the women's side and 9th on the men's side at the MAC Championships.

Team members of the Crusaders indoor track and field team locked in 10 men's top-ten performances and 16 women's top-ten performances in the MAC Indoor Championship this spring.

Nearly 150 Lebanon Valley College students will march with The Pride of the Valley Marching Band this year. The marching band performs at all home football games as well as appearances at various exhibitions throughout the fall semester.

Fourteen Lebanon Valley College students will perform recitals on campus this fall. Recitals feature a variety of instruments and vocal performances.

From cleaning up parks, to helping children read and helping senior citizens with taxes, Alvernia students take on a multitude of service projects during Franciscan Fridays each semester.

These Alvernia students offer tours and guidance to high school students and their families.

Student Ambassadors have been named at Alvernia University for the 2014-15 academic year. Ambassadors actively participate in campus events, generate student involvement, and serve as a network for other activities and organizations on campus. The program is highly competitive, and requires interested students to submit an essay, two letters of recommendation, and complete professional interviews.

Emergent Scholars at Elizabethtown College have attained at least a 3.75 cumulative grade point average at the end of their first three semesters. Qualified for the honor are full-time students who have not previously attended another college or university for full-time study and have earned at least 42 credits in the three consecutive semesters as a student at Elizabethtown College or one of its affiliated programs. School's out for summer, but some Albright students are forgoing the beach and the pool for the laboratory and library, as they participate in an Albright Creative Research Experience (ACRE).

Albright College held its 156th Commencement ceremony on May 24, 2015. Diplomas were awarded to traditional, Accelerated Degree Program and master's degree graduates.

Kutztown University has conferred degrees on nearly 1,400 students during the winter, spring and summer terms. Kutztown University announces degree conferment twice a year, once in the winter and once in the summer. Commencement exercises are held in May and December; however, students finish their requirements for graduation throughout the entire year. The following students have been awarded degrees since the winter 2015 announcement. Students who have requested privacy (FERPA) are not listed publicly.

The following students have been named to Alvernia University's Dean's List for the spring 2015 semester. To be eligible for the Dean's List, students must carry a semester GPA of 3.5 or better and take a minimum of 12 credits.

More than 1,700 students have been named to the Spring 2015 Dean's List at Kutztown University. To be eligible for Dean's List, an undergraduate student must be registered for at least 12 credits and have a minimum grade point average of 3.60.

Elizabethtown (Pa.) College announced the names of students whose outstanding academic performances have earned them the recognition of being included on the spring 2015 dean's list. Students on the dean's list are full-time undergraduate students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.60 or better in 14 or more credit hours, of which at least 12 credits are letter-graded course work.

Bucknell University has released the dean's list for outstanding academic achievement during the 2015 spring semester.

Lebanon Valley College has announced its Dean's List recipients for the spring 2015 semester. Dean's list students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4 out of 4.0.

At 11 a.m., Saturday, May 16, 514 graduates took center stage for Elizabethtown College's 112th Commencement. The class of 2015 boasts 77 earning their Master of Science degrees, 126 with Bachelor of Arts degrees, 282 with Bachelor of Science degrees, 15 who have earned their Bachelor of Music degrees and 14 with bachelor's degrees in social work. E. Roe Stamps IV, founder of the Stamps Leadership Scholars, was speaker.

JMU is pleased to announce that the following students made the dean's list at James Madison University for the spring 2015 semester.

As part of its Inquiry 2015 activities, Lebanon Valley College recognized students at the Spring Awards and Recognition Ceremony for academic achievement in the natural sciences, social sciences, or humanities.
